Good intentions gone wrong. I couldn't finish it, honestly. This has the energy of J.K. Rowling or Orson Scott Card going off the rails: taking a personal gripe, turning it into a callous generalization, and then doubling down when rightfully called out in the comments (some of which could certainly be less harsh to be fair). I hope this is something you choose to engage with and understand from other points of view. I recently watched Contrapoint's insightful assessment of J.K. Rowling's TERF position, and you might find it worth a watch. Or at least that's my "Low T" professorial take.

(Edit: there is solid academic work on the need for balancing passion and reason, which may also get your creative juices happily flowing. Nietzsche and Haidt are two of my personal favorites. Good luck.)

Musing and writing about sexuality and ethics. I think I made $8.75 last year from Medium. I’m not here for the money. I’m here to explore and engage.
