I wrote this hastily and it *is* a bit declarative for an opinion isn't it? I should've said that I found the article to be much different in tone than the I found the title/subtitle, which seemed unnecessarily pugilistic to my eyes, especially when compared to the well-worded thoughtful nuance of the article. But it's equally possible that I mistook your intent, which could say something about my perception, your choice in communicating your intent, or both. As a parent of middle-school boys, I'm pretty passionate about reshaping the conversation about healthy masculinity to emphasize encouragement.
And could I over-examine this any more...😉. Regardless, I'd much rather leave you with the bigger picture that I very much enjoyed the article (and gave many claps and highlights), particularly the points about consent and being sexually considerate.
