I'm curious, is this the solitary point you took from this article (as your response seems to indicate)? And do you really consider Yael a "contributor to the problem"? As well as every influencer and every subscriber? I gave a clap for the sheer unmitigated hubris you must possess to state that in seriousness. Adjust a belief here or there and you will find yourself in good company with other "true believers" who prefer stereotypes and weaponized morality in the circles of the close-minded religious right.

I proudly *do* have pity for people--and try hardest for those I have real disagreement with. I find it's an integral part to genuine understanding and compassion. To that end: while I think you've chosen the wrong article and the wrong author as the object for your scorn about influencer culture's contributions to the many problems of the patriarchy, I choose to believe you and I probably would agree on more things than not, and that you are probably far more reasonable and understanding than you appear to be from this response. I hope you prove me right.
