I'm struck by the analogy I see here to the book "White Fragility" by Robin DiAngelo, which was lauded by business and popular media. That's right a corporate consultant paid thousands of dollars an hour instructs us on her 3 step racism program using what amounts to a 200 page commercial. Same energy.
