But I think there is probably a distinction to be made between sexual fraud and rape as a violent/coercive act. Perhaps similar to how courts distinguish manslaughter and degrees of murder. But denying it could be unlawful seems like a fallacy (interestingly "slippery slope" is indeed the name of a logical fallacy).

To be fair, I'm still sorting out what feels right on this issue for myself, but listening to womens' opinions who I value is an important part of it--including the author.
