Spoken like a man who knows his craft: truly and thoroughly adoring the women in his life and putting it into moving words. I find there is an almost audible click of things falling into place with a lover when she realizes I truly adore her feminine fragrance, and I’m not just paying (ahem) lip service to the glories of going down on her. That’s the point when the insecurities that society and past experiences have burdened her with (about her vagina being unattractive, requiring shaving, smelling bad, etc) just fall away and she spreads her legs proudly and eagerly to let me drink her in. We need more male voices celebrating this beautiful activity. That so many women are led to feel shame and discomfort about this most central part of themselves is such an unnecessary and reprehensible injustice.
