Candidly, though I really liked the setup here, I was a bit disappointed the piece did not go deeper past the obvious conclusion that rote stereotypes by age are foolish. I'd love to see the exploration go deeper into why both men and women still insist on these outmoded simplifications by age. Hopefully that landed graciously as intended.
