This is wonderfully expressed, Yael. As always, your kind and understanding heart shines through: you are in no way diminishing the powerful, encompassing love a parent can feel for their child. But you still land a much-needed criticism of our neverending, hurtful cultural tendency to judge each other, and in particular taking measure of women by the yardstick of their reproductivity instead of their complete human selves.
