While I appreciate your rationality and thought on the topic, gently sir, I’d suggest speaking for yourself about whether sugar dating can involve genuine connection rather than seek to make universal pronouncements. And while I have no problems calling it sex work, that doesn’t exclude the possibility of “real connection”. The participants in the sugar relationship ultimately get to decide on how they name it based on their specific dynamic, though that tends to confound our puritanical and legalistic culture where everything has a neat label, doesn’t it?
