I lost count of the ways this is effed up. The problem is that you are a victim here and yet the circumstantial evidence (promotion, car, favorable treatment) potentially could paint you as *blackmailer* rather than *blackmailee*. The Hearts are wealthy, and they will be fine when this breaks (and it will break). But you and Roy will not, and one or both of you may be cast as the villains by one of their pricey lawyers in the midst of the cash grab and reputation salvaging. You might seek legal advice.
