Yay, I'm going to be the first person to actually comment solely on the overall gist, tone, and thinking of your article ;). I loved it. It feels like a good take. To me you come across as a genuine soul trying to grapple with a complex issue (several in fact) and are doing so in good faith. We need more of this and less of jumping to immediate conclusions based on optics and pre-rehearsed indignation. I don't see how a truly open-minded reader can ask more. Many claps.
